QA, is one of the UK’s leading learning providers. They recently invested in the MTa Team KIT and then blogged about their experience:-

Hard to believe

If someone gave you two big bags full plastic and told you to build a vehicle to travel over an obstacle would you believe that this activity would allow the group to explore behaviours, skills and attitudes they would demonstrate back in the work place? Hard to believe, but a true fact.

Experiential learning environment

QA has invested in a product from MTa Learning which provides the material to create an experiential learning environment which involves the following progressive sequence:

Activity > Learning > Implementation > Learning > Implementation

The MTa Team KIT provides facilitators with 6 long and 10 short team-based activities that can be used to develop a wide range of skills in:
+ Leadership
+ Team building
+ Team skills
+ Communication
+ Lean processing
+ Problem solving
+ Coaching skills
+ Customer service
+ Project management

Rave reviews

We’ve already started to use the product with several clients to rave reviews – as part of a culturally diverse team building day for senior managers in a multi-national telecommunication company who wanted to improve cross-functional team working and as part of a leadership development programme of middle managers in the financial services sector.

Flexible and responsive

Having these products within our portfolio allows us to be flexible and responsive to our clients needs and to provide an alternative approach to improving both individual and organisational performance whilst having fun at the same time.

Seeing is believing – it really does what it says on the tin – or plastic in this case!

If you’d like to talk to us about how you and your organisation could also benefit from the power of the plastic then please get in touch.
